I loved this!! This has a feeling of melancholy all the way throughout, though still gentle. I really liked how the little map really felt like there was lots to explore. I played twice to get both endings. Beyond the great pixel art, this is so polished, with the game and dialog. One of the best short bitsy games I've played. A great first game!
Sorry for my broken english... my current ability with the language couldn't help me to express the happiness your words cause me.
I mean, this is my first game, and was made as kind of an assignment for a Game Development Intensive Course (a bootcamp)... and I put so much effort and heart into it that, reading your comment and knowing that you and the classmates that played it, enjoyed the experience... is so rewarding and heartwarming :)
La atención al detalle es lo que más destaco. El bello pixel art y la música le dan atmósfera, cosa de admirar considerando las limitaciones de Bitsy. Los dialogos son orgánicos para el setting. Los tres personajes que te dan el life point, uno arriba, otro en medio y otro abajo añaden al sentimiento de exploración, aunque eché en falta alguno un poco más lejano o escondido. Me gustó.
Rutas secretas... un sistema de combate (En los rooms del juego quedaron sprites y animaciones hechos para eso, pero luego luego me hubiera estrellado horrible con el tiempo).
Si logro adelantarme un poquito a todo lo del Bootcamp, Canvas, Unity Learn, etc... capaz que le sigo metiendo mano y hago algo con más forma :'3
